What should I bring to class or coaching session?
Bring a towel, plenty of water, fierce determination, and motivation.
Do I have to register to go to a class?
YES! Class sizes are limited, so the only way to guarantee a spot is to pre-register.
Can I just come to one class?
Yes. However, studies have shown that it takes consistency and repetition to make true lifestyle changes. We want you to succeed, and are confident that you will see results only by experiencing our full course.
What if want to cancel my automatic renewal?
If you have met your initial obligated payment term, and do not want it to go into renewal - you must notify us 30 days prior to cancellation. You may contact us here or call 770-765-7630.
Will I be yelled at?
We only raise our voices to be heard above the workout, or to cheer you on!
Are the group courses co-ed?
Classes are offered as co-ed classes only. Our goal is to have our athletes perform as a team, help each other, and build each other up, regardless of gender, age, or physical ability. No team mate ever gets left behind...
